The Q_INIT_RESOURCE macro is needed if a library itself uses resources, in
which case the Q_INIT_RESOURCE can and should happen in the library (like
we do for eg. widget styles), or if a library exposes resources that are
supposed to be used by the library clients, in which case the macro needs
to be put in the application code.
The distinction between the two, and the fact that resources built as part
of the main executable do not need the explicit initialization, were not
all that clear.
This was evident by the lack of Q_INIT_RESOURCE in our own Qt libraries,
and the various Q_INIT_RESOURCE calls in our examples where they are not
needed.

Up to now, it was only possible to connect to functors in a direct
way, without being capable of using Qt::ConnectionType. This patch
allows for specifying a receiver for Functors and function
pointers, hence making it possible to specify effectively the
connection type.
To do this properly, it was needed to add an enum in FunctionPointer
representing whether the considered function is a member function
or not, to reduce ambiguity upon overloaded calls.
Moreover, now senders are checked for the existence of a slot obj
as well. This way, should the context be freed, the slot obj and
the functor contained in it will be freed as well.
On a side note, connecting to a static slot
(like QCoreApplication::quit) specifying the receiver object is
now compiling.

Configure will now generate QT_DEFAULT_QPA_PLUGIN qmake variable
to specify the default QPA plugin.
"CONFIG += qpa_default_plugin" statement in application .pro file
will add the default QPA plugin into QTPLUGINS.
"CONFIG += qpa_minimal_plugin" statement in application .pro file
will add the minimal QPA plugin into QTPLUGINS.

The link to widget examples in QtCore was added
in 4519d810d1, which made
widget examples pop up twice in generated lists
(once for qtcore and once for qtwidgets documentation).
I'm not sure why it was originally added to that module, but
the snippets in the fridgemagnets example (which was the
example fixed in the commit) has been verified to still work.

The examples have been put under examples/widgets which is probably
not correct, since they don't even have gui. The correct fix would
probably be to move them into threads/, but that would risk a lot of
breakage, so the conservative work-around is just to use the correct
relative paths instead.

There is a common standard among all Qt modules. These changes affect
the final .qch file for each module.
Changes:
1)URL in qt-project.org is confirmed by DevNet maintainer
url = http://qt-project.org/doc/<module>
2)Landing page title mapping
indexTitle = landing page
3)"C++ Classes" as a child node.
The list of C++ classes and the titles are specified in the wiki.
4)Removed extra subprojects.
They are not needed for now. Each module may need additional nodes.
