In case they get erroneously extracted. For example, in Core5Compat,
QTextCodec appears in the _p.h as a full class if !QT_CONFIG(textcodec)
(I don't know what that is for, but it's there).

Replace the current license disclaimer in files by
a SPDX-License-Identifier.
Files that have to be modified by hand are modified.
License files are organized under LICENSES directory.

The attirubtion previously only sayd 1.12, so verified up to date at
1.12.12; and tweaked the header slightly to make it easier to verify
(content is now in the same order as in the dbus sources). Updated
the list of years in which Red Hat claims copyright on various parts.

There's been one minor change in a struct and some minor re-ordering
of other things within their files (reflected here to simplify future
checks); and qt_attribution.json didn't document enough details to
ensure reliable review.

libdbus will send a local signal if connection gets disconnected. When
this happens, end all pending calls with QDBusError::Disconnected.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Most of QtDBus already needs very little from libdus-1, so create an
extra header containing the minimum API we actually need.
One large advantage of this solution is that now QtDBus can always be
enabled, even if the system doesn't have libdbus-1 installed. This is
interesting on OS X, where libdbus-1 is often installed by Homebrew or
MacPorts, which may include extra libraries we don't want in our
packaging.
