8c1a35a991 CMake: Restore Qt-custom sanitizer additions to ECMEnableSanitizers 
Restores addition of 'float-divide-by-zero' to undefined sanitizer

7d7e62967f configure: Explicitly enable float-divide-by-zero with ubsan 
Before clang 9, it was enabled by default
when -fsanitize=undefined was set.
