QT_VERSION is now at least QT_VERSION_CHECK(6, 3, 0), so remove all
checks against Qt 6.0.0 or earlier. They are superfluous. Tidied up in
some places in the process, particularly #include order.

Having logging in the test's log widget is nice, but we don't want
to silence the normal logging, as that might confuse someone who
expects to see normal log messages, not knowing there's a dedicated
log widget in the test.

This was used to support QFlags f = 0 initialization, but with 0 used
as a pointer literal now considered bad form, it had been changed many
places to QFlags f = nullptr, which is meaningless and confusing.

The controls need to reflect the facts that e.g. maximized and fullscreen
can both be set at the same time, the same way a window can be minimized
and fullscreen.

Change the main window to contain a QTabWidget and add a log widget
logging relevant events on the top level widgets for testing changes.
In the preview window, add new window flags of Qt 5 and output
geometry, margins and window state in addition.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)

The text edit that shows which flags we have set should be updated in
PreviewWindow::setWindowFlags() and PreviewWidget::setWindowFlags()
but QWidget::setWindowFlags() isn't virtual so only the base class
one was called.

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.

Add window state change notification logic. Send
and expose event in addition to window state change
on window restore since the QWidget logic expects
this.
Modify QCocoaWindow::setVisible to sync up window
state that may have been set on the hidden window.
Refactor NSWindow event observing to use one observer
function for all notifications.
Add window state testing to tests/manual/windowflags
Add delay after showFullScreen in tst_qstatusbar to
wait for the Lion fullscreen transition.
