The change creates a slight source incompatibility. The main
things to take care of are
* code using printf statements on list.size(). Using qsizetype in
printf statements will always require a cast to work on both 32
and 64 bit.
* A few places where overloads now get ambiguous. One example is
QRandomGenerator::bounded() that has overloads for int, uint and
double, but not int64.
* Streaming list.size() to a QDataStream will change the format
depending on the architecture.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QList] QList now uses qsizetype to index into
elements.

As a side effect, data() can now return a nullptr. This
has the potential to cause crashes in existig code. To work
around this, return an empty string from QString::data()
and QByteArray::data() for now.
For Qt 6 (and once all our internal issues are fixed), data()
will by default return a nullptr for a null QString, but we'll
offer a #define to enable backwards compatible behavior.

Setting the CONFIGURATION_BUILD_DIR variable to tell Xcode where to

Unfortunately we can't leave it up to Xcode to place the build
artifacts wherever it wants, as Qt Creator's iOS support expects

Qt Creator to find the artifacts for deployment where Xcode placed
them we need to keep this logic.

Reading of Cbor streams is substantially more complicated than writing

16 bits.
We need Cbor writing in the bootstrap library, but we cannot easily add

Furthermore, Cbor reading is required for plugin support, but not Cbor
writing. It might make sense for some users to build a custom Qt with
Cbor writing disabled.
Therefore, provide two features, cborstreamreader and cborstreamwriter,
split up the code in cborstream.{h|cpp} into several files, and enable

Precompiled headers were put in a directory which had exactly the same
name as the binary to be generated. This resulted in a failure with any
mkspec that used clang_pch_style. The g++-mkspec avoid this problem by
extending the directory name. This change adopts this technique for
clang mkspecs.

Note that android builds will be broken after this merge and
regeneration, because we don't currently handle the minimum required
changes that were brought in with the Android multi ABI support
that comes from 5.14.
This will have to be addressed in a separate change.
For now the build on Android will fail while compiling due to incorrect
generation of LIB_SUFFIX with QT_ARCH.

QLocale::uiLanguages() on the system locale uses whatever the system
locale's query(QSystemLocale::UILanguages,...) returns. On Android,
this is just a list of locales. However, for non-system locales, we
also include some results of removing likely sub-tags from the locale
name, where equivalent. Thus zh-CN would also get zh and zh-Hans-CN
added to it; however, if the system locale is zh-Hans-CN, the shorter
forms are omitted. So post-process the system locale list in the same
way, albeit tweaked to avoid duplicates and rearranged so that we can
insert likely-adjusted entries between what they adjust and what
followed it.
Added QLocalePrivate::rawName() in the process, since it looks likely
to be useful in other contexts (and I needed its value): it just joins
such tags as are non-Any. This, however, uses QByteArrayList, so added
that (it's small) to the bootstrap library and qmake.
This follows up on commit 8796e3016f.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QLocale] The system locale's UI languages list now
includes, as for that of an ordinary locale, the results of adding
likely sub-tags from each locale name, and of removing some, where
this doesn't change which locale is specified. This gives searches for
translation files a better chance of finding a suitable file.
