2f440169c0 Adapt to QTimeZone replacing Qt::TimeSpec usage
In the process actually handle all time-spec cases in various places
that only handled UTC or LocalTime, or at least note that they don't
where that's not practical. Also tidy up header ordering and ensure
QDateTime's header is included wherever it's used, while adding the
include for QTimeZone where needed.

ed2c3f6756 QSslCertificate: overhaul ASN.1 datetime parsing
Instead of manual string splitting (EW!), use QDateTime parsing.
Moreover, X.509 certificates *must* have a valid start/end date.
In case of parsing failure, reject the certificate. An autotest
for this last case is coming in a separate patch.

07c0e0fdcf QAsn1Element - fix toDateTime function
ASN UTCTime uses two characters to encode a year (YY). When converting it
into QDate, it's quite naive to just add 2000. According to RFC 2459,
these YY represent dates in the range [1950, 2049].
This patch also introduces a helper function doing the checked conversion
from a string to int (to be reused in the following-up patches).

f776595cc1 Updated license headers
From Qt 5.7 -> tools & applications are lisenced under GPL v3 with some
exceptions, see
http://blog.qt.io/blog/2016/01/13/new-agreement-with-the-kde-free-qt-foundation/

Updated license headers to use new GPL-EXCEPT header instead of LGPL21 one
(in those files which will be under GPL 3 with exceptions)

83a5694dc2 Update copyright headers
Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)

Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)

Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Move these types to QAsn1Element so that they can use the toString()
method which guards against malicious ASN.1.

3bc5f8c081 Harden QAsn1Element against malicious ASN.1 strings.
We don't currently use this class for critical things like hostname
verification however we still want to ensure that it is not possible
to trick it using ASN.1 strings with embedded NUL characters. This will
avoid problems in the future.

4040bc21ab Added QAsn1Element
This element can be used for backends that do not offer all the
information that is needed when implementing a ssl certificate backend.
WinRT and the SecureTransport lack functionality in this area for
example.

The sources and tests are added for ssl and openssl configurations in order
to be tested. The condition for adding these can be changed as soon
as they are used by an actual implementation
