Replacing the qmake test with the one corelib/thread/thread.pri uses
for those classes.

Add it to configure.json and replace all occurrences of QT_NO_THREAD
with QT_CONFIG(thread). Add conditions for other features that depend
on thread support. Remove conditions where we can use the QMutex and
QThreadStorage stubs.

If the respective modules aren't available we cannot build the tests
and examples. We drop the qtConfig(opengl) requirement for the opengl
examples as
a, we would need to make the QtGui configuration available for that to
work, and
b, we should not add too much detail to the tests and examples build
configurations. Checking each test and example for every feature it
uses would be too much.

This simplifies the code a lot and avoids silly mistakes where a
specific integer type is missing (such as char16_t).

This class belongs to QThreadPool/QRunnable more than to QtConcurrent, so
move to QtCore, where QThreadPool awaits it.

No compatibility header needed. While this wasn't marked as private API,
it wasn't documented, either.
