The format is changed from 6.7 to support more than UINT32_MAX - 1
elements. The format used to have a quint32 size. Now if the size is
larger or equal to 0xfffffffe (2^32 -2) the old size is an extend
value 0xfffffffe followed by one quint64 with the actual value. The
32 bit size with all bits set is still used as null value.

It is necessary to add an AccentColor role to QPalette.
QPalette currently has 21 color roles and 3 color groups, which
require 63 bits to resolve. The resolve mask is implemented with a
qint64, which doesn't provide spare bits for another color role.
The color role NoRole is used as a default value, marking that a role
has not (yet) been defined. The enum value does not represent a valid
brush, even though it can theoretically be stored in QPalette's shared
data.
This patch adds the enum value AccentColor to QPalette::ColorRole,
increasing the available color roles to 22.
To keep the resolve mask at 63 bits, AccentColor is mapped to NoRole
in static constexpr bitPosition.
As the enum range would exceed 64 bits without this tweak, 3 additional
bits are substracted in the respective static assertion.
With NoRole having no bit in the resolve mask, the following adaptions
have been implemented:
- QPalette::resolve() is adapted to explicitly ignore NoRole.
- QPalette::isBrushSet() always returns false for NoRole.
- tst_QPalette::setAllPossibleBrushes() to verify the latter
- operator== ignores NoRole (documentation updated)
AccentColor is added in tst_QPalette::roleValues and enum documentation
is adapted.
In QPalette's default constructor, the AccentColor brush is defaulting
to the Highlight brush, it this is available. Otherwise it is made 30%
darker or lighter than the Base brush, depending on dark/light mode
heuristics.
QPalette's data stram functions have been extended from QDataStream
Version Qt_6_6. If earlier versions are de-serialised, the AccentColor
defaults to Highlight. An autotest function dataStream() has been added
to tst_QPalette.
The QDataStream Version Qt_6_6 has been bumped to 21.
tst_QDataStream has been adapted to the new version and the new
color Role.

Due to the way Qt 5 and 6 registered type names, they end up producing
different type names for the same content for a typedef. For example,
because Q_DECLARE_METATYPE can't manage a comma (it's a macro), users
are forced to write something like:
using MyTypeMap = QMap<QString, MyType>
Q_DECLARE_METATYPE(MyTypeMap)
Qt 5's Q_DECLARE_METATYPE's argument "MyTypeMap" was the only name we
knew about the type, so that's what got saved in the stream. However, Qt
6 QtPrivate::typenameHelper is much more clever and obtains the name
from the compiler itself, so it "sees through" the typedef and registers
"QMap<QString,MyType>" as the official type name.
If another library/plugin has a different typedef name for the same type
(e.g., StringTypeMap), it's indeterminate which type gets saved and will
even change from run to run (depends on the QHash order).
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDataStream] If QDataStream is used with a
QDataStream::Version < Qt_6_0 to serialize a user type that was
registered via a typedef with the metatype system, the typedef's name is
used in the stream instead of the non-typedef name. This restores
compatibility with Qt 5, allowing existing content to read the same
QDataStreams; reading from older Qt 6 versions should not be affected.
(Note: if more than one typedef name is registered, it's indetermine
which name gets used)

QChar should not be convertible from any integral type except from
char16_t, short and possibly char (since it's a direct superset).
David provided the perfect example:
if (str == 123) { ~~~ }
compiles, with 123 implicitly converted to QChar (str == "123"
was meant instead). But similarly one can construct other
scenarios where QString(123) gets accidentally used (instead of
QString::number(123)), like QString s; s += 123;.
Add a macro to revert to the implicit constructors, for backwards
compatibility.
The breaks are mostly in tests that "abuse" of integers (arithmetic,
etc.). Maybe it's time for user-defined literals for QChar/QString,
but that is left for another commit.
[ChangeLog][Potentially Source-Incompatible Changes][QChar] QChar
constructors from integral types are now by default explicit.
It is recommended to use explicit conversions, QLatin1Char,
QChar::fromUcs4 instead of implicit conversions. The old behavior
can be restored by defining the QT_IMPLICIT_QCHAR_CONSTRUCTION
macro.

This pulls the CMake port, which not only adds CMake files but also
modifies existing code. A brief summary of "seemingly unrelated" changes:
* configure.json was re-formatted to not use multi-line strings. That
is an extension of the Qt JSON parser but not JSON compliant, which
is needed for the configure.json-to-cmake conversion script (python).
* Some moc inclusions were added due to CMake's slightly different way
of handling moc. With the changes the files build with qmake and cmake.
* Since CMake just grep's for the Q_OBJECT macro to determine whether to
call moc (instead of doing pre-processing like qmake), the existing use
of "Q_OBJECT" in our documentation was changed to \Q_OBJECT, which cmake
doesn't see and which is now a qdoc macro.
* QTestLib's qFindTestData was extended to also search in the source
directory known at build time.
What this change also brings is a new way of building modules in Coin by using
YAML configuration files that describe the steps of building and testing in Coin
specific terms. The platform configuration files in qt5 are instructed to use the
old Coin built-in way of testing ("UseLegacyInstructions" feature) but for any
configurations that do not have this, these yaml files in the coin/ sub-directory
are used and shared across repositories.
