This is a semantic patch using ClangTidyTransformator as in
qtbase/df9d882d41b741fef7c5beeddb0abe9d904443d8, but extended to

These look like leftovers (API flaws).
Construction of QFileInfo from QString (or similar) should be not
implicit, as QFileInfo construction is expensive (might hit the file
system), and this may have users overlook APIs (for instance build a
QFileInfo out of QDirIterator::next(), instead of using ::fileInfo();
using QDir::entryList instead of entryInfoList; etc.).
Leave an opt-out mechanism to ease porting.
Fix a handful of usages around qtbase, with at least a couple of them
likely to be actual "sloppy" code.
[ChangeLog][Potentially Source-Incompatible Changes][QFileInfo] Most
QFileInfo constructors are now explicit. The
QT_IMPLICIT_QFILEINFO_CONSTRUCTION macro is provided to keep old code
working.

When qmake is run with -prl we don't need to write the glue makefile,
and doing so will end up with MakefileGenerator::writeProjectMakefile
trying to write to an invalid Option::output, resulting in warnings:
QIODevice::write device not open

People tend to "turn off debug and release builds" by just not building
one of the variants. For example, Qt's own rcc is built in release only,
however it is configured for debug_and_release with the same TARGET for
both.
Let qmake complain about conflicting TARGETs only we're about to build
all of those conflicting targets, i.e. if build_all is set.

If a project has DESTDIR and TARGET set to fixed values, then the
target paths conflict when doing debug_and_release builds.
With this change we're detecting this situation and yield a warning.

Re-generation of the Makefile depends on a correctly set up
QMAKE_INTERNAL_INCLUDED_FILES variable. In debug_and_release builds
this variable is set up for Makefile.Debug and Makefile.Release, but
not for the meta Makefile. However, that's where the Makefile
re-generation target is located.
We now collect the contents of QMAKE_INTERNAL_INCLUDED_FILES for
Makefile.Debug/Release and use that for the meta Makefile.

Remove usage of the 'if (0 && ...)' pattern that was presumably used
to temporarily disable code paths. The disabling of the two code paths
was introduced in 356a677b386648710efc4db9a8a1b4a975f95c48 (old
internal history, 2004) and
0326e3511928d90329152b9b0493da76e9caa442 (old internal history, 2006).
It can be deduced that it's pretty safe to remove both.

QRegExp includes can be found in several files where there's not even a
use of the class. This patch aims to avoid needless includes as well as
follow the "include only what you use" moto.
This patch removes a QRegExp include from the QStringList header which
means that there is likely going to be code breaking since QStringList
is used in many places and would get QRegExp in.
[ChangeLog][Potentially Source-Incompatible Changes] qstringlist.h no
longer includes qregexp.h.

code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

this is a monster commit which does the following things:
- import the evaluator as-is from qt creator into qmake/library/
- integrate it into qmake's makefiles
- overwrite proitems.h with actual special types
- remove the parts of Option which are redundant with QMakeGlobals
- make QMakeProperty a singleton owned by Option::globals. the dynamic
handling so far made no sense.
- make QMakeProject a subclass of QMakeEvaluator, with relatively few
extensions
the changes to existing qmake code outside project.* and option.* are
minor. implementing the changes gradually would mean changing a lot of
code which will be just replaced in the next commit, so i'm not wasting
my time on it.

the project evaluator becomes oblivious of the target mode.
the mode is set up in spec_post.prf according to the spec.
$$QMAKE_TARGET contains the feature suffixes to search, and is also
contained in $$CONFIG.
the target_mode variable itself becomes private to the Makefile class.

it wasn't really wired, so the only effect it had was disabling the unix
scopes (despite an attempt to override that in the spec, which probably
worked before qt 4.6, and will start working again soon).

(some of) the generators are (moderately) x-platform, so it makes no
sense to nail the host platform to a generator (and thus a spec).
overriding the host platform is only a debugging mesasure anyway, so one
can use the (now undocumented) -unix/-macx/-win32 options for that.

webkit does some unholy tricks with the ordering of qmake and make
invocations, so it does not work with qmake -r. to make it still
possible to integrate it into the qt5 aggregator project, give it a
chance to "break out" from the recursion.

this is a complete bastardization of the concept and breaks the (unused)
debugging feature to create proper unix makefiles under windows, but
apparently it permits cross-compiling unix targets under windows.

don't inject the build pass specific variables into the project even
before evaluating the .spec file and the .qmake.cache. they are not
supposed to base configuration on that - feature files should do that
later.
the immediate advantage of this is that base_vars is never manipulated
upfront any more, which allows for cleaner setup paths. also, we can do
more caching of the spec+cache contents.

this should make the evaluator quite a lot faster. the total win for
qtbase/src is only 6%, though.
i made some effort to avoid that output files get randomized. however, i
didn't bother to keep debug output sorted.
