Including /usr/include and lib can cause cryptic failures if there is
already a Qt installed to /usr.
Having standard locations listed should not be necessary at all.

Device specific compiler flags need to go to QMAKE_CFLAGS, so that
they are used also when --force-debug-info is used. Removed separate
_DEBUG and _RELEASE, since the gcc-base provides same defaults.

Now arm specific -mfloat-abi flag is added to compiler flags
only for arm architecture in linux_arm_device_post.conf.
