selectFile(): Ensure dialog is destroyed before the temporary file
to prevent leak.
selectFiles(): Introduce scopes to prevent co-existence of 2
instances of QFileDialog, which causes warnings from file watchers
and occasional crashes in accessibility.

In "task177022_setFixedSize" show was replaced with showNormal because on QNX
and some other platforms show translates to a showFullScreen.
For BlackBerry the test is skipped because the first top level window
is always forced into fullscreen mode.

Using show() might result in showFullScreen() on some platforms,
so let's use setVisible(true) which has the same effect and seems
to be a more crossplatform solution.

QFontDialog should always show the correct size, even if the size
is not available in the list of standard font sizes. Native font
dialogs across common platforms show the correct size at all times.
Inside init() function, the size list requires proper initialization
since the initial value of size is zero.

These internal and obsolete hooks are no longer used. The correct way
to provide platform dialogs in Qt 5.x is to implement a platform theme
plugin, as was done for GTK+ 2.x.

On Windows, trailing spaces in a filename are silently ignored, so we
need to strip it before trying to open a file with it. Otherwise it ends
up being stripped later and in a case like " ." it will end up causing
Qt to think that a folder exists when it does not.

Handled the case of having trailing spaces in a filename correctly so if
the filename ends up being empty that the parent path is used instead.

Add support to hide the cancel button on the last page of a wizard. This
is useful for wizards where the last page is used as a summary page that
should not be cancelled.

For me, this test failed because I don't have a Documents folder in my
home directory, even though that's what's returned from QStandardPaths
as the first DocumentsLocation.
Fix by falling back on the home directory if documentPaths.front()
does not exist.

The test has been failing on all platforms. Usually it just times out,
but it also have behavied flaky, failing with different error codes
when executed twice in a row.

Center gravity doesn't mean center the window, it only affects the
method of converting between internal window bounds and decorated bounds.
So wanting to have each dialog centered w.r.t. its transient parent
is not a reason for using center gravity. Instead it caused the
bug that when you resize a QMessageBox by clicking the Show Details
button, it jumps downwards on the screen.

The new Cocoa event dispatcher made apparent some deficiencies in the
way the dialog helpers were being hidden. In particular, we would not stop
a dialog helper's modal loop when closing the dialog, resulting in the
auto-tests hanging. Also, since the QApplication event loop is runnig with
[NSApp run] in the stack, the previous workarounds are no longer needed.
