License files are organized under LICENSES directory. Ievgenii Meshcheriakov	65a0e04072	locale_database: Add schema for intermediate locale data files ... The schema is in RelaxNG Compact syntax. It can be used to validate files produced by the cldr2qlocalexml.py script and also gives an overview of the file format.
