bfe62b0224 Remove framework-related functionality from syncqt
The files generated by syncqt should land not only in module include
directory, but also in framework directory. Before syncqt made two
copies of the generated files one in staging directory and the second
one in module framework directory. This commit moves all logic related
to framework header files to cmake scripts. This is done for both
consistency and simlifying the logic. The whole module .syncqt_staging
directory is copying to the framework library in cmake.

[ChangeLog][Tools][syncqt] '-framework' and '-frameworkIncludeDir'
arguments were removed. The related logic is moved to cmake scripts.

9c3c87f6d0 Add enablers to expose semi-public APIs for QtQuick3D
Follow the same patterns as for qpa and rhi. Semi-public APIs will be
put under the "namespace" ssg which is short for Spatial Scene Graph.

d22a696b66 Add '_sync_headers' for interface libraries to "ALL"
Interface libraries don't build anything, commands that belong them
might not run if nothing depends on an interface library. We still need
to make sure that we run syncqt for interface libraries.
Add '_sync_headers' for interface libraries to "ALL" explictily.

a8cf976ce6 Introduce QT_SYNC_HEADERS_AT_CONFIGURE_TIME flag
The syncqt tool was originally designed to run at build time, as a
part of dependency chain of Qt modules. This works well unless we need
the code model of the Qt project in IDE, since Qt source code actively
uses header aliases, and creating them at build time breaks the code
model until the initial build is done. So we made syncqt the configure
time tool to not break the developer experience.

It's more likely that developers build Qt using command line or don't
need the code model before the first build. So running the tool at
configure time should be optional.

QT_SYNC_HEADERS_AT_CONFIGURE_TIME switches the "mode" of the syncqt
tool from build time tool to the configure time tool. Without the
option enabled build procedure runs all the syncing targets at build
time only. The exception are the developer builds, if the
'-developer-build' option is enabled, QT_SYNC_HEADERS_AT_CONFIGURE_TIME
is set to TRUE by default. This gives better development experience for
the developers that don't use the code model in their IDE or don't
require it before the first build is finished. Also this build time
mode is preferred for the CI or similar build procedures where code
model is not required at all.

By default, the option initialized from the
QT_INTERNAL_CONFIGURE_FROM_IDE CMake variable.

TODO: The option is forced to TRUE for the static Ninja Multi-Config
builds. See QTBUG-113974 for details.

[ChangeLog][Build System] When building Qt from sources, syncqt and Qt
header files are now created at build time, not configure time. This
should speed up the configuration step. You can set the CMake variable
QT_CONFIGURE_TIME_SYNC_HEADERS to ON to use the previous behavior,
though. The old behavior is also preserved if cmake/configure is run
from inside an IDE - Qt Creator, Visual Studio Code, and CLion are
currently detected.

0006a564c8 Collect module_sync_headers targets from the target deps
Use the internal target property to store the module_sync_header target
name. The property then is used to collect module_sync_header targets
and build the dependency tree between them. This mechanism only works
for Qt dependencies that are added using qt_internal_extend_target call
that works well at least for out CI builds. The mechanism allows to
omit the race in sync_header runs that might lead to unexpected results
since internal targets like automoc or headersclean_check only depend
directly on module_sync_header target that belong to the module.

1dd8b5ceec rhi: Make it a QPA-style private but semi-public API
qrhi.h, qshader.h, qshaderdescription.h (and qshaderbaker.h from
shadertools; done separately) become "RHI APIs", following the concept
of QPA APIs.

Mirror completely what is done for QPA headers, but using the "rhi"
prefix for the headers. This involves updating syncqt to handle the
new category of headers. (a note on the regex: matching everything
starting with "qrhi" is not acceptable due to incorrectly matching
existing and future headers, hence specifying the four header names
explicitly)

There is going to be one difference to QPA: the documentation for
everything RHI is going to be public and part of the regular docs, not
hidden with \internal.

In addition to the header renaming and adding the comments and
documentation notes and warnings, there is one significant change
here: there is no longer a need to do API-specific includes, such as
qrhid3d11[_p].h, qrhivulkan[_p].h, etc. These are simply merged into a
single header that is then included from qrhi.h. This means that users
within Qt, and any future applications can just do #include
<rhi/qrhi.h> (or rhi/qshader.h if the QRhi stuff is not relevant), no
other headers are needed.

There are no changes to functionality in this patch. Only the
documentation is expanded, quite a lot, to eliminate all qdoc warnings
and make the generated API docs complete. An example, with a quite
extensive doc page is added as well.

be4de03b37 Add message if syncqt is crashed without any output
If syncqt process crashed due to the incompatibility with the standard
library CMake doesn't produce any useful output. This adds the message
that will give short explanation and possible solutions to fix this
behavior.

f9594cefef Add the missing list of the generatedHeaders to syncqt_all_args

947dd880cc Replace syncqt arguments with rsp file
syncqt arguments contain full paths and may exceed the supported
command line size on some platforms. Use a single rsp file to pass
all arguments to syncqt.

Added the missing end-of-line terminators for error messages.

60b5ca5a23 Use module-specific names for 'module_headers[_generated]' files
Fix the syncqt issue when two modules are created in the same
CMakeLists.txt and share the build directory. In this case the
second module in the dependency chain rewrites
'module_headers[_generated]' files, so syncqt is not able to
proccess these files correctly.

7c1270ea76 Handle the QT_SKIP_WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS property when running syncqt
When creating the syncqt custom target we only check if the
WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS variable is set. But the warnings-are-errors
feature can be disabled using the QT_SKIP_WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS
target property. Add the genex condition to opt out the
'-warningsAreErrors' argument using the QT_SKIP_WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS
property.

433d711670 Add NO_HEADERSCLEAN_CHECK flag to qt_internal_add_module
Some modules may have header files that do not pass headersclean check
under some conditions. It's nice to have an option in the
qt_internal_add_module function to disable the check for the modules of
this kind. At the moment this flag is useful for the ActiveQt module,
since it syncs and installs header files that don't belong to it.

5fcfacdb7f Use CMAKE_MESSAGE_CONTEXT for Better CMake Output Messages
Each module now identifies its actions during the configuration by a
prefix, e.g., `[QtBase]`. In addition,

- I have slightly modified some of the `message()` commands to get
  a more coherent output.
- `syncqt.cpp` prints its output as WARNING if any

658c166f96 Add 'warnings are errors' functionality to syncqt.cpp
Add the -warningsAreErrors command line argument to syncqt.cpp that
causes a fail at build step if any of header files doesn't fit the
syncqt standards. The argument reflects the WARNIGS_ARE_ERRORS CMake
variable state.

Output the syncqt.cpp warnings at configure time.

Fix the faulty positive IncludeChecks failure flag.

b89d63515b Replace the syncqt.pl script with syncqt tool
syncqt.pl adds an extra dependency on perl when building Qt. Modern C++
provides the convenient cross-platform way to access a filesystem and
to use regular expressions, so we may replace the perl script with C++
application. The syncqt executable is built at configure time and
installed as QtCore tool. It's running at configure time to deliver the
required header files for IDE to build a consistent code model and at
the build time to keep tracking changes in header files and generate
the missing aliases without reconfiguring. 'syncqt' only parses header
files from a CMake build tree, so the resulting Qt installation only
contains interfacing headers that belong to the platform that Qt is
built for. 'sync.profile' files are not used as the 'source of truth'
for sync qt procedure anymore, all the necessary information is taken
from either CMake files at configure time or from the module header
files while parsing them.

syncqt.pl is still in place since it's required as fallback solution
for a smooth transition to the new syncqt implementation for all qt
repositories.

This patchset only enables the C++ based syncqt for 'qtbase'
repository.

From the performance perspective C++ version works faster then perl
script, also the configure time is reduced significally on subsequent
reconfigurations - up x2 times faster when re-configuring repository,
but it also takes time to compile the tool itself the first time.
Numbers for qtbase:
           syncqt.pl  syncqt.cpp
 initial:  0m16,035s  0m20,413s
 reconfig: 0m6,819s   0m3,725s

The syncing procedure can be run separately for each module using
<ModuleName>_sync_headers targets. The 'sync_headers' target can be
used to sync all the modules at once.

8539e641f6 Respect CMake source tree when installing header files
Use CMake source tree when installing header files instead installing
all header files that syncqt.pl produces. This avoid adding header
files which cannot be used because of platform or feature
incompatibility with Qt version. Since syncqt.pl doesn't respect CMake
build tree when generating master header and CaMeL case header files,
these header files still will be installed regardless platform or
feature limitations. This will not be the case once we switch to
syncqt.cpp, which will install only headers that are relevant to the
selected platform and enabled features.

fb1b20eab3 Add license headers to cmake files

60f36007a3 CMake: Don't cache QT_SYNCQT across builds
There is no need for this variable to be stored in CMake's cache.  We
don't perform expensive operations to set up QT_SYNCQT, and we even
unset the cache variable to ensure it gets recomputed on
reconfiguration.

We still store QT_SYNCQT in a global property, because the function
qt_ensure_sync_qt is called in different directory scopes, and we want
to avoid re-calculations for every subdir.

It's now possible for the user to set QT_SYNCQT (see QTBUG-88088 for
motivation).  Also, in a non-prefix build, changes to syncqt.pl in the
source dir are reflected upon re-configuration in the build
tree (because qt_copy_or_install is called on every configure).

928ffbd1e2 Use correct module include name across the project
Module may have specific module include name that should be taken into
account when specifying module include directories in different places.
The INTERFACE_MODULE_INCLUDE_NAME module property name is aligned to
the common naming rules and the property is used to preform include
paths instead of the direct use of the module name.

Add additional paths generated by qt_internal_module_info to keep them
consistent across all cmake files.

425ff34aa1 Merge main and private targets of the internal modules
In cmake, targets are used as an entity for modules. This causes a
number of problems when we want to manipulate a module as a separate
entity with properties associated with it.
The _qt_internal_module_interface_name target property is introduced to
represent the module entity. All modules write a name to this property,
which will subsequently expand into the module name matched with
the module name in qmake.

The 'qt_internal_module_info' function is responsible for providing the
correct values ​​for the module properties used when working with a module
target.

Unlike qmake, for internal modules in cmake it is expected that the
Private suffix will be specified explicitly. In case the user wants to
have a different module name, an additional argument
MODULE_INTERFACE_NAME of the qt_internal_add_module function is
introduced.

This also changes the way how target dependencies are collected and
resolved. Since the 'Private' suffix no longer means an unique
identifier of the module 'Private' part, we look for the both Private
and non-Private package names when resolving dependencies.

TODO: This change doesn't affect the existing internal modules, so to
keep compatibility with the existing code the existing internal modules
create 'Private' aliases. The code that provides backward compatibility
must be removed once all internal modules will get the proper names.

800f745140 Move syncqt.pl to libexec
To not disturb the qmake build we kept syncqt.pl in <src>/bin but
installed it to libexec. This is not necessary anymore.

This also removes the need for having syncqt.pl in both, bin and libexec
in the build dir of qtbase.

56bdef9437 CMake: Use host variables instead of hardcoded directories
'QT_HOST_PATH' indicates that we use crosscompilation toolchain
to build project. In this case 'Qt6Config.cmake' loads
'Qt6HostInfoConfig.cmake' from host QT_HOST_PATH, that defines
correct paths to host tools.

Replace hardcoded paths for host tools by paths recorded
in Qt6HostInfoConfig.cmake.

Correct conditions for QT_HOST_PATH, evaluate it explicitly as
string, but not as boolean expression.

7b6d8261d8 CMake: Fix building of non-qtbase repos on Android with Windows host
The generated toolchain file embedded windows style paths for the
android sdk and chainloaded toolchain. This caused CMake does fail at
configure time while trying to evaluate backslashes as escape chars.

Also syncqt was searched for in libexec, which is not the right
directory on Windows. Use the host info package to get the location of
the 'libexec'.

44cce1a2ea CMake: Split QtBuild.cmake into smaller files
QtBuild.cmake is huge. Split it.

Move module, plugin, tools, executables and test related functions out
of QtBuild.cmake into separate files.
Do the same for many other things too.

An additional requirement is that all the new Helpers files only
define functions and macros.
No global variable definitions are allowed, nor execution of commands
with side effects.

Some notes:
qt_install_qml_files is removed because it's dead code.

Some functions still need to be figured out, because they are
interspersed and depend on various global state assignments.
