Oswald Buddenhagen	c31ab2139a	disable incremental linking for release_with_debug_info builds ... it's very unlikely that these artifacts will need rebuilding during a debugging session (these pdbs are meant to support crash dump analysis). Andrew Knight	f6e6dde369	winmain for winrt ... WinRT passes the executable and Appx server info to the CRT main, and supports several additional activation arguments as well. This handles the arguments passed to main as well as the case where a modern app is launched from an external application (e.g. Qt Creator).
