93b34badfe Add a manual test for the window geometry. 
Test positioning QWindow and QWidget (frame / normal geometry)
for testing QPA plugins.
The test can be built with  Qt 4 for comparison.

28675642f3 Build manual tests. 
Add a toplevel manual.pro and other .pro-files to build them and
fix the build.
