Manual adjustments were made where the code was inserted in the wrong

eff0ffbd1b Sanitize the handling of limitations of the MS time-zone backend
tst_QDate::startOfDay_endOfDay() and its _data() were in danger of
growing a lot of ugly #if-ery to work round the known limitations of
MS's time-zone API and the backend built on them. Replace the #if-ery
with a flags enum indicating which parts we need to ignore on MS and
limit the #if-ery to how those flags get exercised.

e3efcc8044 Rework tst_QDate::startOfDay_endOfDay(), exploiting modern QTimeZone
QTimeZone is no longer dependent on feature timezone, only its
backends are. We can also pass it as test data, rather than only its
name. So replace the zoneName column with a plain zone column, make
the UTC row for the epoch use QTimeZone::UTC instead of "UTC" and make
only the remaining rows depend on the feature, and then only for their
test using the backend zone.

The test itself was doing some convoluted twists to check local time
handled the relevant dates and times as expected. Where local time is
the zone the test relates to, this can just as well be handled by
adding a separate row for it - which we can even do without feature
timezone.

Otherwise, testing an expectation that local time *doesn't* have
anything odd going on for the selected days was somewhat unreliable,
as other zones that coincide with the tested zone for that particular
date would fail. So just drop that unreliable side of the local-time
testing.

aeec731262 Correct startOfDay_endOfDay:BajaMexico test case
This follows up on commit ca4aa06523
with a correction to the start of day, which should of course be
01:00, not invalid.

Unsurprisingly, the MS backend doesn't know anything about that, so
gets this wrong; kludge round it. In the process, adapt the kludge to
the Sofia test-case to work the same way.

41a7546789 QDate(Time): add a addDuration method
To complement the existing addSecs / MSecs / etc., add a function
that takes any compatible std::chrono::duration.

QTime also features similar functions, but it's also "unique" in that
it uses modular arithmetic (it wraps around in case of "overflow").
I'm not so sure that adding durations to a QTime object therefore
makes sense, and I'm not doing it in this patch.

[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDate] Added addDuration().
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDateTime] Added addDuration().

2e29f55f76 QDate: add conversions for std::chrono calendaring classes
std::chrono::year_month_day and related classes offer very
convenient to specify dates.

This patch adds implicit constructors to QDate to support this
convenience, e.g.:

  // YYYY-MM-DD, DD-MM-YYYY, MM-DD-YYYY formats:
  QDate d1 = 1985y / December / 8;
  QDate d2 = 8d / December / 1985;
  QDate d3 = December / 8d / 1985;

  // Indexed weekday:
  QDate d4 = 2000y / January / Monday[0];
  QDate d5 = 2000y / January / Monday[last];

and so on.

These are all implemented using the conversion from the std
calendaring classes to sys_days. Conversions between sys_days
and QDate are also added, since they're basically "for free".

I don't expect "ordinary" users to stumble upon it, but it's
worthy mentioning that std::chrono::year *does* have a year
zero (hence, year_month_day in year 0 or below are offset
by one with the corresponding QDate). I've left a note
in the documentation.

[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDate] QDate (and therefore QDateTime)
is now constructible using the year/month/day/week classes
available in the std::chrono library. Moreover, it now
features conversions from and to std::chrono::sys_days.

f0333355dd Add tests for an assertion seen on Windows
QDateTimeEdit's default constructor instantiates the start of
1752-09-14 as its default earliest time; however Friedeman has seen
this triggering an assertion. The QDTE tests should be picking that up
anyway, but let's overtly test it in QDate's startOfDay testing, too.

830fd1908b Add some more QDate::{start,end}OfDay() tests
While investigating an assertion failure I noticed that the existing
tests didn't even exercise these methods for local time or zone time.
Of course, we can't robustly test these time-specs, due to vagueries
of offset details and zone availability, but we can at least verify
that they return date-times on the specified date. Add a test-case for
the start of 1900, on which the assertions were first seen; it is the
earliest moment representable with tm_year >= 0, after all.

One of these tests fails on 6.2 but the fix for that (as opposed to
the the assertion) requires 6.3's improvements to the handling of
time_t's fuller range - too risky a change to pick back to 6.2.

057329c24c Make feature datetimeparser depend on feature datestring
No client of QDateTimeParser actually uses it unless datestring was
enabled, nor is it any use without datestring. Various methods
conditioned on datestring are broken unless datetimeparser is enabled.
We can't condition public API on datetimeparser, as it's a private
feature, but client code can condition use of it on the private
feature. All string-to-date/time conversions that use a string format
(this includes all locale-specific formats) depend on feature
datetimeparser.

Change #if-ery (or add it) in all client (including test) code to test
the right feature.

Tidied up some code in the process. Killed some already-redundant
textdate #if-ery. Renamed a test whose name claimed it involved
locale, which it doesn't, in the course of #if-ing it.

This simplifies the condition for feature datetimeedit (which overtly
depended on textdate, redundantly since it depends on datestring which
depends on textdate; its dependence on datetimeparser now makes its
dependency on datestring also redundant).

It also removes the need for assorted datestring checks in
QDateTimeParser itself.

f6d1be7c66 Use ranged for loops in place of foreach in QTimeZone tests
This (and use of Q_SLOTS for the test slots) makes it possible to
enable QT_NO_KEYWORDS and QT_NO_FOREACH in all the corelib/time/
tests.

0ad4f86729 Purge QRegExp use in QDateTime's rfcDateImpl()
Replace with a parser which actually does the job right, fixing
various infelicities in the parsing in the process.
Make the parser strict about formatting.

Adjusted tests to match. Fixed some QTime invalidity tests to each
test only one invalidity at a time (the invalid year and day tests
also used an invalid month).

[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDateTime] The parser for the Qt::RFC2822Date
format is now stricter, requiring the text to exactly match the form
of one of the relevant formats. A valid date or time will still be
parsed, even if the other part of the content is invalid, as long as
it (and any offset, if present) has the right form. In particular, the
parser now rejects texts with trailing cruft (other than space).

Disabled building manual tests with CMake for now, because qmake
