Q_MOVABLE_TYPE was conceived before C++ had move semantics. Now, with
move semantics, its name is misleading. Q_RELOCATABLE_TYPE was
introduced as a synonym to Q_MOVABLE_TYPE. Usage of Q_MOVABLE_TYPE
is discouraged now. This patch replaces all usages of Q_MOVABLE_TYPE
by Q_RELOCATABLE_TYPE in QtBase. As the two are synonymous, this
patch should have no impact on users.

QRegExp includes can be found in several files where there's not even a
use of the class. This patch aims to avoid needless includes as well as
follow the "include only what you use" moto.
This patch removes a QRegExp include from the QStringList header which
means that there is likely going to be code breaking since QStringList
is used in many places and would get QRegExp in.
[ChangeLog][Potentially Source-Incompatible Changes] qstringlist.h no
longer includes qregexp.h.

at the time this patch was conceived, it was meant as an exercise in
getting rid of usages of ProString::toQString(m_tmp). however, this was
meanwhile superseded by use of toQStringView().
but the change itself should have been done a long time ago already, and
there is no harm in going through with it.
on the way, this also unifies and fixes some of the error messages.

in most cases, the main advantage is not using toQString(m_tmp), which
reduces the possibility of raw data leaks. in cases where we used
toQString() without temporary, this is a slight optimization.

since ab0cc305, the spec will be replaced by an entirely new one during
configuration, and so needs to update the path separator for
$$shell_{path,quote}(). however, the latter didn't happen, as the spec
reloading doesn't go through the "real" spec loading path.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Allows the macx-xcode mkspec to be a wrapper around other mkspecs.
Since QMAKESPEC can now be set in the spec, we have to ensure not
to append to QMAKESPEC.

ARGS already exists, but is a flattened list of the arguments, so both
foo(bar, baz) and foo(bar baz) will give count(ARGS, 2), making it
unreliable for validating arguments to qmake functions.

Instead of after parsing the makespecs, were we assumed QMAKE_PLATFORM
had been set by the makespec and did an explicit update.
Allows loading platform specific features from within a makespec after
updating QMAKE_PLATFORM.

this is a monster commit which does the following things:
- import the evaluator as-is from qt creator into qmake/library/
- integrate it into qmake's makefiles
- overwrite proitems.h with actual special types
- remove the parts of Option which are redundant with QMakeGlobals
- make QMakeProperty a singleton owned by Option::globals. the dynamic
handling so far made no sense.
- make QMakeProject a subclass of QMakeEvaluator, with relatively few
extensions
the changes to existing qmake code outside project.* and option.* are
minor. implementing the changes gradually would mean changing a lot of
code which will be just replaced in the next commit, so i'm not wasting
my time on it.
