Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Examples under examples/ipc were not part of any module
documentation. This change adds the above folder to
Qt Core documentation, and moves the corresponding
files so that the example documentation is built
correctly.

Handle 0 WId parameter as meaning "desktop window"/whole screen.
Also, re-add the default values for the grab area, both for
convenience and compatibility with QPixmap::grabWindow() in Qt4.
Update the screenshot example so it doesn't comlain about usage of
deprecated QPixmap::grabWindow().

setUnifiedTitleAndToolBarOnMac will not be supported
on Qt 5, which removes the point of having this example.
The replacement for setUnifiedTitleAndToolBarOnMac
will be a NSToolBar wrapper in the MacExtras module,
and this example will probably re-appear in some form
there.

This is an xev-like program. A user clicks a mouse button inside the
Window, and the program displays (a) the "raw" button number; (b)
the corresponding Qt::MouseButton name; and (c) the type of mouse Event.

QDoc now has support for Doxygen style commands for italics, bold

This provides a stronger mechanism e.g when inheriting QItemDelegate.
It makes some things much easier e.g avoid delete of an editor
and maybe only delete depending on what the editor says itself.
This introduces a new virtual function.

As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.
