The existing recentfiles example was basically a clone of the SDI
example with a "Recent" menu added. Assuming it is better to have
it all in one place, the functionality is merged into the existing
SDI/MDI examples.
- Implement recently opened files handling using a submenu and a
QSettings array in the SDI/MDI examples.
- Remove recentfiles example.

Examples under examples/ipc were not part of any module
documentation. This change adds the above folder to
Qt Core documentation, and moves the corresponding
files so that the example documentation is built
correctly.

This change fixes most qdoc errors in QtCore. There are about 900 left.
The main thing this change does is moving documentation from qtcore from
/doc/src to /src/corelib/doc.
Other issues resolved are mis-use of qdoc commands.

This is an xev-like program. A user clicks a mouse button inside the
Window, and the program displays (a) the "raw" button number; (b)
the corresponding Qt::MouseButton name; and (c) the type of mouse Event.
