Remove the qmake project files for most of Qt.
Leave the qmake project files for examples, because we still test those
in the CI to ensure qmake does not regress.
Also leave the qmake project files for utils and other minor parts that
lack CMake project files.

Complete search and replace of QtTest and QtTest/QtTest with QTest, as

Our tls certificate/key are a bit on the old side and need to be
updated. But for now let's lower the openssl level. In this case openssl
complains about the server's key used for DHE being too short.

The patch fixes ambiguity between a getter and a signal by changing the
getter name, but we still have to rename the signal to follow the signals
naming convention.
Revert the commit to keep the getter as is and change the signal name instead.

The one that is a getter for the last error found. This is to disambiguate
the expression '&QAbstractSocket::error'. Introduce a new member-function
socketError as a replacement.
[ChangeLog][Deprecation Notice] QAbstractSocket::error() (the getter) is deprecated; superseded by socketError().

The vast majority is actually switched to QRandomGenerator::bounded(),
which gives a mostly uniform distribution over the [0, bound)
range. There are very few floating point cases left, as many of those
that did use floating point did not need to, after all. (I did leave
some that were too ugly for me to understand)
This commit also found a couple of calls to rand() instead of qrand().
This commit does not include changes to SSL code that continues to use
qrand() (job for someone else):

Replace all QT_NO_PROCESS with QT_CONFIG(process), define it in
qconfig-bootstrapped.h, add QT_REQUIRE_CONFIG(process) to the qprocess
headers, exclude the sources from compilation when switched off, guard
header inclusions in places where compilation without QProcess seems
supported, drop some unused includes, and fix some tests that were
apparently designed to work with QT_NO_PROCESS but failed to.

Move those to the equivalent {to,set,from}SecsSinceEpoch(), except for
the cases that did QDateTime::currentDateTime{,Utc}().toTime_t. Those
are best implemented with QDateTime::currentSecsSinceEpoch().

When the server could not be reached, the test previously,
produced:
FAIL! : tst_NetworkSelfTest::smbServer() 'smbclient.waitForFinished(5000)' returned FALSE. ()

QWARN : tst_NetworkSelfTest::smbServer() QProcess: Destroyed while process ("smbclient") is still running.
Fix this by:
- Using QStandardPaths::findExecutable to locate the binary instead
of test-wise starting it.
- Add a function to ensure process termination.
- Pass a timeout argument to smbclient and pass an interval
depending on it to waitForFinished(), which should prevent
having to kill the process in most cases.
- Add proper error message

The same qt_timeout_value function was copied 5 times in qtbase's code,
so provide a common implementation in QIoDevice that can be used by
everyone.
This commit also corrects the remaining time calculation in
QProcess::waitForBytesWritten and QProcess::waitForFinished by using
this new function.
For QProcess::waitForFinished, if the process started within almost exactly
the timeout time passed to waitForFinished, msecs - stopWatch.elapsed() would
be -1, which is a special value.

code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to

WEC7 does not have time() function. Let's use Qt APIs to query time and
initialize random number generator, Qt APIs have already been adapted
to work on all supported platforms.
In addition use QByteArray instead of QString to avoid unnecessary type
conversions later on with toLatin1().

The ftpProxyServer test case is failing constantly in Digia hosted
Qt-Project CI system, especially on Windows machines. Because this
failing autotest is blocking the use of Digia hosted CI system,
it is marked as an insignificant for now.
There is a bug report QTBUG-27571 created to fix the problem.

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.

The use of any broken-down components of the query now needs
QUrlQuery.
The QUrl constructor and toString() are now rehabilitated and the
preferred forms. Use toEncoded() and fromEncoded() now only when we
need to store data in a QByteArray or the data comes from a QByteArray
anyway. Change to toString() or the constructor if the data was in a
QString.
