We are seeing ~200 000 compiler warnings coming from Integrity compiler
not seen on other compilers. Suppress these as a hotfix reduce the
load on CI.

a SPDX-License-Identifier.
Files that have to be modified by hand are modified.
License files are organized under LICENSES directory.
