752497910b Remove ANGLE
This marks the end of EGL and OpenGL ES support on Windows.

The concepts of -opengl dynamic, -opengl desktop, QT_OPENGL=software,
etc. remain unchanged, with the exception of the disapperance of
everything ANGLE related.

CMake builds now work identically to qmake on Windows: they default to
'dynamic' OpenGL on Windows, unless -DINPUT_opengl=desktop is specified.

On Windows, Qt 6 is expected to default to the "dynamic" OpenGL model by
default, just like Qt 5.15. This can be changed by switching to "desktop"
OpenGL, which will link to opengl32 (publicly, so other libs and applications
will do so as well) and disallows using another OpenGL DLL.

The "dynamic" mode is essential still because the fallback to a software
rasterizer, such as the opengl32sw.dll we ship with the Qt packages,
has to to work exactly like in Qt 5, the removal of ANGLE does not
change this concept in any way (except of course that the middle option
of using ANGLE is now gone)

When it comes to the windows plugin's OpenGL blacklist feature, it works
like before and accepts the ANGLE/D3D related keywords. They will
then be ignored. Similarly, requesting QT_OPENGL=angle is ignored (but
will show a warning).

The D3D11 and DXGI configure time tests are removed: Qt 5.14 already
depends on D3D 11.1 and DXGI 1.3 headers being available unconditionally
on Win32 (in QRhi's D3D11 backend). No need to test for these.

[ChangeLog][Windows] ANGLE is no longer included with Qt. Dynamic OpenGL
builds work like before but ANGLE is no longer an option. OpenGL proper
or an alternative opengl32 implementation are the two remaining options
now. Attempting to set QT_OPENGL=angle or Qt::AA_UseOpenGLES will have
no effect on Windows.

faf742b05d dumpcpp: Run dumpcpp if the generated files do not exist at qmake time
By running dumpcpp if the files do not exist at qmake time we enable
the dependency finder to find these files and set up the dependencies
as appropriate. Since other changes ensure that dumpcpp will be called
at the right time when building if the typelib changes, we no longer
need to have the generated files dependent on the objects. As a
result, we are able to prevent it from unnecessarily rebuilding
everything if certain files are updated.

6288c12bb4 Resolve QMAKE_INCDIR_VULKAN on every qmake call
Do not store this variable locally, because
a) it might change if the SDK location changes
b) does not play well with Qt installer packages which would provide the

5b3dfa470e qmake: link qt libraries by full path
this avoids the scenario where the linker would pick up the wrong qt
libraries for LIBS_PRIVATE because LIBS added the "wrong" path first.
this is also consistent with configure-supplied dependencies as of
recently.

as a side effect, this also removes pretenses of lsb linker handling, as
it makes no sense after the change and is certainly obsolete anyway.

6834d0eecc prevent configure from putting garbage into .qmake.stash
in cross-builds, toolchain.prf was loaded before CROSS_COMPILE was set
up, leading to caching of possibly nonsensical values.

this change also necessitated that msvc-version.conf is loaded only when
toolchain.prf is, which is best done by loading the former from within
the latter. that seems quite appropriate in the first place.

dafd0955c6 Enable support for OpenVG
This commit re-enables support for OpenVG in Qt, but not in the
same way as in Qt 4.8. The first part is about adding a test
and using the new configure system to enable OpenVG.

There is still support code in Qt for setting up EGL to provide a
surface and context for rendering with the OpenVG API, this commit
enables a path to do so.

Normally to get access to an EGLContext from a QWindow you do so via
QOpenGLContext, but in setups without OpenGL but with EGL and OpenVG
this doesn't make sense (there would be no QOpenGLContext). So the
intended way is to use a QWindow to get an EGLSurface, then create
an EGLContext directly (without going through QPA).

b883cee471 WinCE: fix DLL build errors with CONFIG+=console
Since commit cd1dff75, we use QMAKE_LFLAGS_CONSOLE when linking DLLs that
are built with CONFIG+=console. Thus, we must not pass options that are
specific to linking executables.

[ChangeLog][qmake] WinCE makespecs must not add /ENTRY: to
QMAKE_LFLAGS_CONSOLE and more. The flag is hard-coded in console.prf now.
This is a side effect of making it possible to specify a subsystem for
DLLs.

cd1dff7556 pass windows/console linker flags to DLLs and executables
Pass QMAKE_LFLAGS_WINDOWS and QMAKE_LFLAGS_CONSOLE to QMAKE_FLAGS
regardless of the project template.

The /SUBSYSTEM linker switch is not exclusively meant for executables
but can also be applied when linking dynamic libraries.
This is needed when building DLLs for Windows XP with VS >= 2012.

1bd27f24fb Add link-time optimization support for Clang, GCC and ICC
GCC currently requires fat object files for static libraries, since the
linker would otherwise not load the .o file from the archive at all and
the linking would fail with a lot of undefined references. Clang on
Linux also needs this, but it has no equivalent flag, so enabling LTCG
for Clang on static libraries will result in linker error.

This commit does not add support for enabling it in configure. It can be
enabled on a per-project basis by doing CONFIG += ltcg or by passing
-config ltcg to qmake's command-line.
