Fix some obvious issues, QSKIP or blacklist other problems.
This does not fix all the test failures, but allows to enable most of
the test cases, so that we could catch future regressions.

At the current state, Qt::WA_StaticContents is not respected on any
platform, and optimizations for opaque widgets is not implemented on
Cocoa.

We want to re-enable Android tests in QTQAINFRA-3867. However,
many tests are failing already preventing that from happening.
QTBUG-87025 is currently keeping track (links) to all of those
failing tests.
The current proposal is to hide those failing tests, and enable
Android test running in COIN for other tests. After, that try
to fix them one by one, and at the same time we can make sure
no more failing tests go unnoticed.

The class is documented as obsolete, and the majority of APIs is marked
as deprecated. In this first phase, remove all explicitly deprecated
APIs and trivial implementations.
The test case is complete removed; what's left when code that uses any
of those deprecated methods is removed is not testing anything
meaningful.
For some methods, there is no practical replacement using QScreen yet,
and QDesktopWidget is still used in QWidget internals. Those require
refactoring to only use QScreen before the rest can be removed.
