When QWidget is being destroyed, its winId is cleared, and

A crash can be observed when this child widget is destroyed in dtor of its parent.

This pulls the CMake port, which not only adds CMake files but also
modifies existing code. A brief summary of "seemingly unrelated" changes:
* configure.json was re-formatted to not use multi-line strings. That
is an extension of the Qt JSON parser but not JSON compliant, which
is needed for the configure.json-to-cmake conversion script (python).
* Some moc inclusions were added due to CMake's slightly different way
of handling moc. With the changes the files build with qmake and cmake.
* Since CMake just grep's for the Q_OBJECT macro to determine whether to
call moc (instead of doing pre-processing like qmake), the existing use
of "Q_OBJECT" in our documentation was changed to \Q_OBJECT, which cmake
doesn't see and which is now a qdoc macro.
* QTestLib's qFindTestData was extended to also search in the source
directory known at build time.
What this change also brings is a new way of building modules in Coin by using
YAML configuration files that describe the steps of building and testing in Coin
specific terms. The platform configuration files in qt5 are instructed to use the
old Coin built-in way of testing ("UseLegacyInstructions" feature) but for any
configurations that do not have this, these yaml files in the coin/ sub-directory
are used and shared across repositories.

On the mac, the push button's bevel doesn't cover the entire widget

anywhere inside the widget would activate the button.
QAbstractButton::hitButton can be reimplemented to limit the area in
which the button is triggered. However, getting the rectangle also
requires an addition to QStyle, so that we can query
QStyle::subElementRect for the actual area the button's bevel covers.
As a side effect, tests that use QPushButton and assume that it
responds to clicks at position 0,0 have to be fixed so that they

Some windowing systems (i.e. Wayland) do not allow applications to steal window
focus.
Normally, we would just replace qWaitForWindowActive with
qWaitForWindowExposed, because that is usually the intent, in this test
however, there are many occurrences of both variants right after each other.
And, as described in the commit message of 153e8b49a, this may be because
window activation may cause repaints, and we want to wait for it to reduce
the chance of receiving an extra repaint later (possibly causing tests to be
racy).
Therefore, I took the conservative approach, and kept the qWaitForWindowActive
calls, except when the capability is not available. Hopefully this will not
cause flakiness in existing platforms, while also allowing tests to pass on
platforms where activation is not supported.

The childEvent handler sets the enabled property of children as they are
added to the groupbox, but applications might later enable children and
check/uncheck the groupbox's checkbox in undefined order. In that case,
we would end up with enabled children inside a conceptually disabled
groupbox (the groupbox's checkbox represents the logical "disabled"
state), which breaks documented QWidget::enabled rules.
To make sure that all children are disabled as per the state of the
groupbox, we need to run that logic once the UI has been set up, and
before it becomes visible. This is what polishing is for, so listen
for that event in addition and handle it the same way as adding (which
duplicates things, but keeps existing code that might depend on things
being updated as they are added working).
Adds the case to the existing enabledChildPropagation test case.
[ChangeLog][QWidget][QGroupBox] Always disable children of a checkable,
unchecked group box before showing.

QApplicationPrivate::focus_widget became a dangling pointer
in the following scenario:
A widget first gets focus and later on gets a focus proxy.
QApplicationPrivate::focus_widget was still pointing to the initial widget.
Upon destruction, QWidget::hasFocus() [which follows to the focus proxy
and then compares with focus_widget] was therefore false for both
widgets. So QWidget::clearFocus() didn't call
QApplicationPrivate::setFocusWidget(0) for either of them. As a
result, focus_widget remained set, and became dangling.
In real life, this happened with a QWebEngineView, which the application
gave focus to upon creation. At that time it doesn't have a focus proxy
yet. That happens later, in QWebEngineViewPrivate::widgetChanged.

In Qt 5.0, delta() and orientation() were already marked obsolete,
but Widgets and tests have kept on depending on them all this time.
We now start using alternative API so they can really be deprecated.
All constructors except the newest one are also deprecated.
The plan is for all events from pointing devices to have
QPointF position() and globalPosition(), so we deprecate
the other position accessors.
[ChangeLog][QtGui] Obsolete constructors and accessors in QWheelEvent
now have proper deprecation macros. What is left is intended to be

Counting absolute paint events is fragile, as there are no guarantees
that a single call to QApp::processEvents only delivers a single paint
event to a widget. As of QTBUG-76566, we see that the items occasionally
receive three calls to paint, which can be simulated by activating other
windows while the test is running and waiting for events to be
processed.
Instead, verify that we do receive any paint events as the first test,
and then verify increments when we expect updates.
This also reverts change 24b9424adc.

As with widgets, items that are disabled should not receive any input
events.
Similar to QGraphicsScene, which ignores disabled items when handling
mouse presses, the view should also ignore them when handling mouse
moves to update the cursor.
Since QGraphicsView only adjusts the cursors on mouse moves, reenabling
an item that is currently under the mouse will not change the cursor.
This is consistent with other changes of item attributes that would
position the item under the mouse (such as moving it). The overhead of
hit-testing items for every such attribute change would be too large,
and applications can generate a mouse move event if they really need
to adjust the cursor in all situations.

The tests send QEvent::MouseMove events to the view, but don't fully
construct the event with both local and global position. Consequently,
QMouseEvent will use QCursor::pos as the global position, which is
unreliable, as QTest::mouseMove can not guarantee that the mouse really
moves - when running the tests locally on e.g macOS, it never does.
So instead construct the QMouseEvent with the trivially calculated
global position.

rather than to the window the completer belongs to. As QShortcut handles
the case for Tool windows that have a parent, but doens't do the same
for popups. And they shouldn't be treated the same way, as a context
menu popup for a e.g. text edit should in fact block the text edit's

widget completes for its focusProxy, which is what we can use to fix
