The TIMESTAMP type has been available in Oracle since Oracle 9i which was released in June 2001 and contains more data than the DATE type so it can be reliably used for the related data types. This adds support for preserving milliseconds and the time zone information if this is passed or in the database. [ChangeLog][QtSql][OCI] Added support for the TIMESTAMP data type.
