Marc Mutz 167af3b6ca tst_qnetworkreply: don't inherit from QSharedPointer 
QSharedPointer isn't meant to be used as a
base class.

Instead of inheriting from it to add implicit
conversions to and from QNetworkReply*, make
QNetworkReplyPtr a typedef, overload two
oft-used functions to take a QNetworkReplyPtr
in addition to QNetworkReply*, and otherwise
make the conversions explicit.
