The rubberBandRect function is nice to have, but this patch makes it easier to track the rubber band by emiting a signal on change. That makes it easier (and less clumsy/hacky) to show information related to the rubber band. Qt 5.1 introduces many new features and improvements as well as bugfixes

over the 5.0.x series. For more details, refer to the online documentation
