Tor Arne Vestbø 1b47e7154a Fix default rpath dirs on Apple platforms
The @executable_path relative framework directory is one step below
the executable, as in:

   Foo.app/Contents/Frameworks

not:

  Foo.app/Contents/MacOS/Frameworks

The former is what Xcode defaults to for new projects.
