David Faure 5ea4c3f148 Ensure qstring.h compiles with QT_NO_CAST_FROM_BYTEARRAY ... 19d160b72b broke it temporarily, and this wasn't detected by tst_headersclean, because it sets QT_NO_CAST_FROM_ASCII too, which disabled the faulty code. So this adds a new unittest for QT_NO_CAST_FROM_BYTEARRAY alone.
