Bradley T. Hughes fb7f30d2ba Re-enable all of tst_QApplication::quitOnLastWindowClosed() on Mac OS X ... Part of this test was skipped on Mac OS X, due to a bug in timer handling. This bug has been fixed[1] and the test now passes again.
