Volker Hilsheimer c6540cb6e4 Doc cleanup: remove old gettingStarted tutorial, move doc file 
The Qt getting started tutorial is based on the "notepad" example files
in this directory, the gettingStarted/gsQt files are completely unused
and not referenced in documentation.

Qt is supplied with tutorials that have been written to provide developers
with an introduction to the Qt API.


Documentation for tutorials can be found in the Tutorials
link in the main documentation.
