Rainer Keller f13b0b2cf2 qtlite: Skip building examples when configured with no-feature-itemviews 
Compiling the default examples should be possible without compile errors.

Qt 4 extends Qt's support for multithreaded applications with an API for
concurrent programming which includes implementations of the well-known
map-reduce and filter-reduce algorithms.
