Alexandru Croitor 83ecb65ec0 CMake: Propagate usage of WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS when building repos ... When configuring a qtbase developer build, WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS is set to ON and -Werror flags are added to the PlatformInternal targets. But the value of WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS is not exported. This means that CMake code can't make decisions based on that variable when building other repos, and we now have such code with the new syncqt.cpp in qt_internal_target_sync_headers. Export the value of WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS in QtBuildInternalsExtra.cmake.in.
