Ahmad Samir 997713283e QFile: remove unconditional QTest::qWait calls 
The whole unittest still passes on my machine.

Before:
tests/auto/corelib/io/qfile/tst_qfile    =  19.30 sec*proc (1 test)

After:
tests/auto/corelib/io/qfile/tst_qfile    =   4.28 sec*proc (1 test)
