Oswald Buddenhagen 19501b0731 Fix win32 mkspecs ... Instead of checking for dynamicgl in QT_CONFIG, which is apparently not possible, revert them and do it in opengl.prf instead. Dynamic GL is Windows-only for the time being so this should be sufficient.
