Removed "explicit" keyword from constructors taking
(const char *, qsizetype) and (const char *, const char *).
Switched to using brace initialization for creating QLatin1StringView
in QtCore.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QLatin1StringView] The (const char *, qsizetype)
and (const char *, const char *) constructors are no longer explicit.
