[ChangeLog][QtNetwork][QNetworkInterface] Changed allAddresses() to not include addresses found in inactive interfaces, matching the user expectations of this function. If those addresses are needed for some purpose, the application will need to call allInterfaces() and obtain the addresses in each interface.
