Edward Welbourne ebcd8e16db Deduplicate day-name data in QLocaleXML files
This is a follow-up to commit ebb0212133.
The day name data appeared twice in the XML files.
Skip the second copy, saving 8.8% of the intermediate file-size.
This makes no change to generated QLocale data.

locale_database is used to generate qlocale data from CLDR.

CLDR is the Common Locale Data Repository, a database for localized
data (like date formats, country names etc).  It is provided by the
Unicode consortium.
