hjk c527dd44be Examples: Install to $$[QT_INSTALL_EXAMPLES]/$submodule/$example
This makes the structure of the examples after an 'make install'
similar to the one in a 'developer build'.

Qt 4 extends Qt's support for multithreaded applications with an API for
concurrent programming which includes implementations of the well-known
map-reduce and filter-reduce algorithms.
