Oswald Buddenhagen d98a23eb7c remove references to $$QMAKE_CYGWIN_EXE ... it would cause the unix generator to set TARGET_EXT, but that wasn't used anywhere. so remove the dead code. if it ever gets re-introduced, it will be as QMAKE_EXTENSION_EXE.
