Maurice Kalinowski b6634023fa WinRT: Disable exceptions when turned off ... On desktop windows we define _HAS_EXCEPTIONS=0 to also forward this option. Hence harmonize this with WinRT builds as well. As a side-effect qtdeclarative now compiles without warnings on WinRT.
