Andreas Buhr bf548091da QDateTime change documentation to reflect usage of C locale ... In the past, string formatting and parsing was done in the users locale. Now, the C locale is consistently used in QDate(Time) and localized functions are offered in QLocale. This patch reflects this change in the documentation.
