Edward Welbourne d1bf556e24 tst_QChar::fromUcs4(): deduplicate a test-case ... There were two copies of the 0x1D157 row and we can't remember why. So change one of them to the Chakma digit 3 (a spiral) and annote all three test-cses with what meaning Unicode assigns to them.
