Shawn Rutledge 63eaa3a989 Add manual test for QTextCursor::insert*
Visualize what's going on with tst_QTextCursor::insertMarkdown() at least.
But this could be expanded for other purposes.

It's also interesting to test drag-and-drop with this. And you can save
the result to any supported text format.
