Yoshito Umaoka	19266897b3	ICU-8275 Build script to add full locale name list file in each resource path. The file name was changed from res_index.txt to fullLocaleNames.lst to avoid confusion (not quite matching res_index.res). Yoshito Umaoka	014a18e855	ICU-6994 ICU4J build targets to generate *-src.jar which contain only .java source files as well as ICU4J source package archive in .tgz.
