Doug Felt	f3ee2bd004	ICU-104 fix problems with RBNF clone. llong conversion to text now ... outputs '0' rather than nothing. Clone uses getRules() UnicodeString directly, previously was extracting to (unterminated!) UChar*. Dispose NULLs out fields of deleted objects to prevent double delete.
