.SH DESCRIPTION
.B uconv
converts its input from one given
.I encoding
to another. It can also run the transcoding to a specified
.IR transliterator .

.SH CAVEATS AND BUGS

is not implemented at this point and

will exit with an usage merror and an exit code
of 1 if it is used.
