Added metaZones.txt/windowsZones.txt replacing metazoneInfo.txt/wintz.txt. Removed mapTimezones data from supplementalData.txt to match the change in CLDR (for now, manually editted, because I cannot use the trunk version of supplementalData.xml in CLDR at this moment). ...
