Yoshito Umaoka 2d39c18a49 ICU-9187 Resolve javac compiler warning with JDK 7. SuppressWarning annotation type 'rawtypes' is necessary instead of 'unchecked' with JDK 7. However, with Eclipse IDE using Java 1.5 env still requires 'unchecked'.
