Install the vulkan sdk from https://vulkan.lunarg.com/signin on a windows machine

|

|
||
|

The default install dir is C:\VulkanSDK\VERSION
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
When uploading the CIPD asset, use -t C:\VulkanSDK\VERSION
